Location: Split between Pomeroy & Belfast

Travel: Occasional travel to UK required
Experience Required: 5+ years post-graduate in a Quantity Surveyor role

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Commercial Team – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a positive attitude, and is ready to make an impact on landmark projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend pre-contract meetings and liaise with clients and contractors

• Review and negotiate contracts with main contractors and clients

• Procure and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers

• Administer contracts and manage payment applications

• Carry out accurate measurement and valuation of completed works

• Prepare and present regular cost reports and forecasts

• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Maintain client relationships and ensure clear communication

• Collaborate with internal teams across departments

• Support other tasks as required by management

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree-qualified with 5+ years’ QS experience in the construction industry (M&E preferred)

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Clean driving license & willingness to travel as required

• Self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude and team spirit
