Quantity Surveyor
Due to continued growth and the award of new contracts across Northern Ireland, we are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in either Belfast or Cookstown.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project costs from inception through to final account.
- Prepare and submit valuations, variations, and cost reports.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Liaise with clients and project teams to ensure projects remain on budget.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular commercial updates.
- Attend site and progress meetings as required.
Criteria
- Degree, HND, HNC in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
