Site Manager – NI based – Interviewing ASAP

We are working with a successful NI contractor to recruit for their new Site Manager with work based in NI only!!!
Working on a range of new build projects as well as petrol station builds projects, you will be working across;
- Managing a mix of public & design/build projects
- Ensuring delivery of projects on time and too specification
- Overseeing and organising relevant trades and subcontractors on site
- Ensuring site safety and liaising with relevant bodies as required
- Attend and co-ordinate site meetings
What we are looking for…
- An experienced Site Manager with strong commercial knowledge of the building industry
- Educated to 3rd level in a related discipline and Gold / Platinum CSR or equivalent qualification
- Sound level of IT literacy
