Business Support Administrator, Belfast £26-30k

 

We are working with a financial advisory company, covering Northern Ireland and the UK, who develop and implement debt strategies for clients facing difficult financial futures at a business and personal level.

Working in the Belfast Office and joining an expanding team, you will –

  • Support the Operations Manager with case management and day-to-day operational tasks
  • Handle telephone support, both inbound and outbound, in a professional and confident manner
  • Monitor and help ensure the business remains compliant with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Administer and coordinate case handovers between teams to ensure continuity and accuracy
  • Provide general office administration support
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as required

 

You will need –

  • Experience in financial services, legal or insolvency
  • Administration experience
  • Strong IT skills, including confidence using CRM Systems and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support the wider team
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
