Business Support Administrator, Belfast £26-30k

Working in the Belfast Office and joining an expanding team, you will –
- Support the Operations Manager with case management and day-to-day operational tasks
- Handle telephone support, both inbound and outbound, in a professional and confident manner
- Monitor and help ensure the business remains compliant with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Administer and coordinate case handovers between teams to ensure continuity and accuracy
- Provide general office administration support
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as required
You will need –
- Experience in financial services, legal or insolvency
- Administration experience
- Strong IT skills, including confidence using CRM Systems and Microsoft 365
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support the wider team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
