With over 50 years expertise in their field I am delighted to be working with a leading transport company who are seeking for a Transport Planner to join their team on a permanent basis.

About you…

• + 2 years’ previous experience working in a similar role
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Duties…

• Book shipment space ensuring the most cost and time effective routes available on the Irish Sea.
• Ensure fleet is available for planned servicing and maintenance.
• Ensure customer KPIs are achieved.
• Plan and co-ordinate a fleet of vehicles throughout the U.K and Ireland.
• Co-ordinate and manage drivers while ensuring compliance with Road Traffic and Working Time laws.
• Deal with customers and their orders
• Input data onto TMS
• Ensure that internal teams updated on changes and delays.
• Other adhoc duties
