Site Supervisor – Social Housing Refurbishment
Location: Carlingford / Dundrum area
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee social housing refurbishment and maintenance works in the Carlingford/Dundrum area.

The successful candidate will have experience supervising site teams, subcontractors, and delivering high-quality housing refurbishment projects safely and efficiently.

Essential requirements:

• Experience in social housing refurbishment/maintenance
• Previous Site Supervisor, Foreman, or Senior Tradesperson experience
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance trades
• Experience managing subcontractors and daily site operations
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

• SSSTS/SMSTS qualification
• Trade qualification (NVQ Level 2/3)
• Asbestos awareness and First Aid training
