Job Description:

Service & Sales Support Administrator, Belfast

We are working with a leading UK & Irish supplier into the health & care sectors to recruit for their new Service & Sales Support Administrator to join them on a permanent basis in the Boucher area of Belfast.

Reporting to and supporting the office manager you will be;

  • Liaising with commercial customers on orders & order status
  • Providing pricing & quotations
  • Creating and processing customer orders
  • Liaising with internal teams and suppliers on stock availability and needs
  • All associated administration

  • Experienced within a similar role
  • Confident communication & IT skills
  • Ability to plan and organise work effectively
