Service Administrator / Coordinator, Hillsborough
We are working with a genuinely fantastic employer who supply a range of specialist equipment into a wide range of markets and customers across NI & ROI to appoint their new Service Administrator / Coordinator.
Monday to Friday, 830am to 5pm.
Working at their offices in Hillsborough, within a close-knit team you will work closely with their commercial customers across a range of matters, this will include;
· Liaising with customers on their orders, ensuring accurate quotes, order processing and customer support
· Creating customer orders on internal systems
· Working with and coordinating with internal colleagues on customers orders, product availability etc
· All associated administration
What we are looking for…
· Experience gained within a similar role / industry
· Confident communication skills
· Sound level of IT literacy
