Location: Belfast
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Belfast team, working on a diverse portfolio of private sector projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost planning and budget preparation
- Tender documentation and procurement
- Valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Contract administration and commercial reporting
- Client, contractor, and design team liaison
- Cost control throughout project lifecycles
Project Sectors
- Commercial new builds
- Hotel fit-outs and refurbishments
- Church and heritage refurbishments
- Residential and leisure developments
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Consultancy/private practice experience preferred
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- MRICS or working towards chartership desirable
- Willingness to undertake occasional UK travel
