Senior HR Officer (9-12 months)
I am looking to speak with experienced HR candidates who are open to speaking with my client, one of NI’s leading manufacturers who want someone to cover maternity and take on their busy HR function.
You will be responsible for overseeing;
- Recruitment activities
- Employee engagement initiatives
- Dealing with absence management
- Aspects of payroll
- Induction and training programmes
You will need;
- 3 years’ experience in senior HR role
- Background in manufacturing
- Experience in BP role is desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- CIPD 7 is advantageous
