We are working with a successful NI business group to recruit for their new HR Advisor to join them at their east Belfast offices with hybrid working options.
Reporting in HR Manager and working within a small and supportive team you will be working across;
- Supporting multisite business management on all HR activities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies & processes
- HR reporting and performance monitoring
What we are looking for…
- 2 years HR experience
- Ideally educated to degree level in a related discipline or CIPD qualified
- Confident knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
