Senior HR Advisor / BP, £35-40k

Leading activities for a specific site, duties will include;
- Providing day to day HR advice, guidance and support to site staff (90+)
- Liaising and supporting line management & supervisors
- Overseeing recruitment activities for the site
- On-boarding, HR orientations & probations reviews
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- HR reporting as required for weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
What we are looking for…
- CIPD or working towards, ideally with an HR related degree
- HR experience, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Confident IT skills
