Sales Representative
Location: 3 N.Irish counties
£26k base plus 3% commission on all sales made plus company van.
I am working with growing NI food producer who are seeking to appoint their new Sales Representative to cover NI and develop their sales within and into the food retail sectors, from chain to independents.
Working in a van based and managing a three-county NI sales territory, growing new and existing accounts
- Build strong relationships with retailers, cafés, and local businesses
- Achieve targets through prospecting, account management, and upselling
- Deliver products efficiently while ensuring excellent service and order accuracy
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and delivery schedules within company guidelines
- Manage van stock, rotation, and product freshness
- Complete cash handling, reconciliations, invoicing, and sales paperwork accurately
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to spot trends and opportunities
What we are looking for…
- Sales / merchandising experience
- Strong, confident communication skills
- Full driving license
