Sales Manager, Co Tyrone

Up to £50k

We are working with a leading contractor focusing on fit out, interior projects and joinery works to recruit for their new Sales Manager who will play a key role in the development of business within target markets including commercial, residential & hospitality sectors.

Identifying and developing sales opportunities whilst working closely with the contracts, design & manufacturing teams internally you will;

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company growth targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors
• Manage and grow relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and private clients
• Lead the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract award
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, proposals, and project delivery

What we are looking for&

• Sales experience within the construction, fit out, shop fitting or similar industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident IT skills
• Driving license
