Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be working with a respected care provider in Belfast who are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Nurse to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your clinical experience within a supportive, purpose-built facility specialising in mental health conditions, complex needs, and physical disabilities in younger adults.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing high-standard, person-centred mental health care to residents.

• Working closely with a skilled nursing and care team to support individual care plans and wellbeing.

• Contributing to a positive, therapeutic environment built on empathy, respect, and professional excellence.

• Ensuring safe practice, clinical compliance, and adherence to care standards.

• Supporting teamwork, communication, and continuity of care across the service.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin

• Strong communication, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills

• A compassionate and patient-centred approach

• Experience supporting younger adults or individuals with long-term mental health needs (desirable)
