Regional Nurse Manager
Regional Role: Mainly in Belfast
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9am – 5pm
£60,000 to £70,000 per annum
Black Fox Solutions is pleased to be working alongside a well-established care provider in the search for an experienced Regional Nurse Manager to join their growing team.
This is a multi-site management role, covering a small number of nursing homes across key locations in Northern Ireland. You’ll gain valuable exposure to varied care categories, supporting teams across homes and strengthening your leadership credentials. It’s an ideal next step for a Nurse Manager ready to take their career to regional level.

About the Role:
Provide management and clinical leadership across multiple homes
Support home managers and clinical teams to deliver exceptional care
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and best practice guidelines
Oversee documentation, audits, and service improvements
Promote a person-centred care culture and lead by example
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
Contribute to service development and operational planning
Monitor resources and assist in maintaining budget control
What You’ll Need:
Registration with the NMC as an RGN, RMN, or RNLD
Minimum 3 years experience in Nurse Management role in the care home environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills
A passion for delivering high standards of care across diverse settings
