Black Fox Solutions are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager for a leading contractor based in Portadown.
The Role
- Manage project costs, valuations, subcontractor payments, and contract variations.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure projects run to programme.
- Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
- Review site records and support contract delivery from start to completion.
- Maintain strong client relationships and liaise with senior management.
Criteria
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor and/or Project Manager.
- Previous Main Contractor experience.
- Strong knowledge of cost management, valuations, and contract administration.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.
- Full Driving Licence.
- Social Housing and NEC contract experience desirable
