Key Responsibilities
Take the lead in the day-to-day clinical operations of the home
Inspire, develop, and mentor a high-performing nursing and care team
Oversee compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
Manage safe staffing levels, recruitment, references, and Access NI checks
Ensure adherence to NMC and right-to-work requirements
Collaborate closely with the Deputy Manager to deliver outstanding resident care
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager in a care home environment
Valid UK NMC PIN with no restrictions
Strong, confident leadership skills with a passion for resident wellbeing
Eligibility to work in Northern Ireland (sponsorship not available)
