About the Role
As a Mental Health Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day care and wellbeing of residents. You’ll work within a skilled multidisciplinary team, ensuring each patient receives compassionate, person-centred support.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering safe, effective nursing care
Creating and reviewing personalised care plans
Administering medications and monitoring progress
Supporting families and tackling mental health stigma
Coordinating with doctors, social workers, and external agencies
Promoting therapeutic engagement through creative activities
Who We’re Looking For
A qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration
Strong communication, empathy, and decision-making skills
Passionate about making a difference in mental health care
