Material Handler
Lisburn
Mon – Thu (Evening Shift) 40 hours per week
We are working with a leading manufacturer in their field who are seeking a reliable and experienced material handler to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Role:
- Supply materials to production areas to keep operations running efficiently.
- Prepare materials for upcoming orders.
- Move pallets, manage stock, and record material usage.
- Set up and monitor auxiliary equipment and manage driers/hoppers.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used on each order
- Complete stock takes and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain housekeeping and health & safety standards.
- Cover operator breaks when required.
- Other adhoc duties
Requirements
- Experience in material handling or manufacturing.
- Good organisation, planning, and attention to detail.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and perform physical manual handling tasks.
- Forklift licence.
- Experience with ERP or stock management systems.
