Creative Strategy Lead
Own the strategy behind Meta Ads and digital campaigns — using performance data to shape concepts, hooks, audiences and creative direction. You’ll brief agencies, lead in-house production and manage multiple campaigns.
Experience needed: Meta creative strategy, performance analysis, agency management, strong organisation and commercial awareness.
Multimedia Designer
Bring ideas to life through filming, editing, graphic design and social content across paid, organic, email and wider campaigns.
Experience needed: 3+ years in video/content production, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma/Canva/CapCut and a strong eye for visual storytelling. AI creative experience is a bonus.
