Joiner

We are recruiting a Joinery Operative to work on social housing maintenance contracts across Belfast and Northern Ireland. Duties include carrying out joinery and maintenance work in occupied and void properties, meeting job deadlines, recording additional works via PDA, maintaining tools and company vehicle, adhering to health & safety standards, completing site paperwork and liaising with tenants and clients.

Requirements:

• Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in a relevant trade
• Previous joinery/trades experience
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Valid CSR Card
• Knowledge of current H&S legislation
• Social housing experience desirable

Package:

• Starting salary: £32,000
• Company vehicle provided
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Out-of-hours rota: £175 standby + £25 per call-out
• Saturday overtime paid at time and a half
