Sales Estimator

We are working with a successful manufacturer of products for the construction industry to recruit for their new Internal Sales / Sales Estimator to join them on a permanent basis and offering a generous

Reporting to the Senior Management Team, the successful candidate will drive sales growth across the UK and ROI, with responsibility for revenue, margin, pipeline, and customer relationship KPIs. The role will focus on developing new business, managing key accounts, preparing accurate quotations and estimates, converting leads, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Working closely with the Glass & Aluminium and Operations teams, the candidate will support cross-selling, technical product guidance, pricing, forecasting, and delivery planning, while maintaining high standards of customer service, compliance, and Health & Safety.

What we are looking for&.

• Experience gained in a similar role i.e. internal sales, sales estimating within the construction or manufacturing sectors
• Experience working to sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Confident written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional approach
• Sound level of IT literacy
• Full, valid driving licence
