An opportunity for a HR Professional to work for a highly successful, family-owned business supporting the process of building their organisational culture and growth through recruitment efforts.

The role

  • Verifying certifications and references for potential candidates
  • Scheduling and Assisting with the Interview Process
  • Generating job descriptions on job boards, vetting and shortlisting candidates

About you:

  • CIPD Level 3 or higher, or relevant qualification.
  • Knowledge of employment law (ROI and/or NI).
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
