Hours of Work: Monday–Thursday: 9.00am–5.30pm, Friday: 9.00am–4.30pm

Reporting directly to the General Manager you will deal with –
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Payroll & time management
- Absence, leave & attendance management
- Employee relations
- Health, safety & wellbeing
- Training & development
- Performance management
- Operational & administrative HR management
- Other ad hoc duties
You will need –
- Proven experience in a stand-alone HR or people operations role
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Experience managing time & attendance systems
