Monday – Friday 8.30pm – 5pm

An opportunity for a HR Manager to work for a highly successful, family-owned business supporting the full employee lifecycle, delivering HR initiatives to drive organisational growth and a positive working culture.

The role

  • Work closely with hiring managers to improve recruitment processes and workforce planning.
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and documentation.
  • Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
  • Assist with policy development, document control, and HR templates.
  • Coordinate training initiatives and support performance management processes.
  • Promote employee wellbeing, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.

About you:

  • CIPD Level 5 or higher, or relevant qualification.
  • Knowledge of employment law (ROI and/or NI).
  • Experience handling ER and grievances in line with legal guidance
  • Liaise with stakeholders to create initiatives that are conducive with strategy
