HR Graduate – east Belfast (permanent, 30 hours per week)

Excellent opportunity for an HR Graduate to start your career with a successful NI business who operate across the UK & Ireland at a time of expansion.

Reporting to and working closely with the HR Manager, you will be working across a variety of HR and associated aspects, this will include;

• Recruitment, selection and talent management
• Employee relations and associated activities
• Policy and process development & implementation

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant 3rd level qualification or CIPD
• Placement, intern or post graduate experience is desirable 
• Confident IT skills
