HR Administrator / Assistant, Belfast

30 hours per week

£13/hr to £15/hr + benefits

We are working with a successful NI business to recruit for their new HR Assistant / Administrator to join them on a permanent, 30 hour per week basis.

Office based and working closely with the HR Manager you will be supporting;

  • HR administration
  • Recruitment and selection administration
  • HR compliance and data management
  • Supporting payroll
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.

What we are looking for…

  • Administrative experience within an HR or related industry
  • Confident communication skills
  • Sound level of IT literacy
  • HR qualification or HR IT system is desirable
