Hatchery Manager

Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Co. Monaghan, to recruit a Hatchery Manager.
As the successful Hatchery Manager, you will be responsible for all areas of Management including:
- Organising daily work schedules and managing a team
- Manage daily deliveries, egg inventory, incubation, transfer and equipment
- Manage department budgets
- Manage and drive performance to achieve high-quality day-old ducklings
- Manage maintenance issues and preventative maintenance with the maintenance team as required.
What We Require:
- You will have previous experience within a Hatchery.
- You will have previous management experience.
- You will have the ability to be flexible and respond to a changing environment.
- You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You will have the ability to work on own initiative.
- You will have the ability to prioritise and work at pace to complete tasks effectively.
