We are seeking a Food Technical Compliance Specialist within a growing technical team to support product specifications, packaging artwork approval, internal auditing, and new product introduction.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, approve, and maintain finished product specifications in line with customer and legal requirements
- Generate ingredient declarations and ensure specification accuracy and compliance
- Manage specification updates and maintain customer portal systems
- Support packaging artwork approval and produce legal packaging copy
- Handle customer technical queries and support audits
- Conduct internal audits and close non-conformances
- Support NPD trials, handovers, and first production with complete technical documentation
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to support timelines and process changes
Essential Criteria
- Degree (or equivalent) in Food Science or related discipline
- 1+ year experience with retailer specification online systems is essential
- Knowledge of Food Safety and GMP
- Strong Excel and Word skills
