Field Sales Developer
Location: Armagh, Newry & County Louth (Field Based)
Salary: £40,000 basic + uncapped commission + company car, phone and laptop. 

An established and growing engineering solutions provider is seeking a Field Sales Developer to drive new business and manage customer relationships across the Armagh, Newry and County Louth region (not an exhuastive of these areas) 

This is a consultative sales role focused on developing opportunities within manufacturing and industrial sectors, promoting a range of technical equipment, maintenance solutions and energy-efficient systems. Supported by an experienced technical and engineering team, you'll manage your own territory, build long-term customer partnerships and identify new sales opportunities.

We're looking for someone with:

• B2B sales experience within engineering, industrial or technical products.
• A proven ability to generate new business and manage customer accounts.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and commercial skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
• A full UK driving licence.

Experience within compressed air, HVAC, pumps, manufacturing, automation, mechanical engineering or industrial equipment.
