Black Fox Solutions are pleased to be partnering with a highly regarded mental health care provider in Omagh to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Nurse Manager to support the leadership of their clinical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to step into, or further develop within, a senior leadership role. You will work closely with the Nurse Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care within a modern, well-equipped service supporting adults with mental health conditions and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Nurse Manager in providing strong clinical and operational leadership to the nursing and care team.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, clinical governance, and safeguarding requirements.
- Promote a culture of compassion, professionalism, and continuous improvement across the team.
- Contribute to effective staff management, including rota planning, supervision, and development.
- Support audits, policy implementation, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of care.
- Act as a visible and approachable leader, encouraging teamwork, accountability, and ongoing learning.
About You:
- Registered Nurse (RMN / RNLD / RGN) with a valid NMC registration.
- Experience in a senior or supervisory nursing role within a mental health or complex care environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and motivate a team.
- A compassionate, proactive approach with a genuine commitment to supporting individuals with mental health needs.
