Customer Service Administrator – Belfast
£27,000–£29,000 + benefits | Full-time | Maternity Cover

We are working with a leading specialist manufacturer to recruit for their new Customer Service Administrator to join its Sales & Marketing team at its Belfast head office.

You’ll manage customer orders from placement through to dispatch and invoicing, liaising with sales, production and logistics to ensure a first-class customer experience.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ B2B customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player.
