Customer Service Administrator, Newry, £25k to £28k + benefits

Joining a successful NI manufacturer at their Newry facility and working as part of their Sales & Customer Service team, offering flexible hours and a generous package.

Reporting to the Sales Supervisor and working within a team you will;

• Working with customers via telephone and email
• Providing customer advice, pricing, quotes etc
• Liaising with internal teams on customers orders
• Customer order processing

• Despatch and invoice goods and forward invoice to customer

What we are looking for…

• Experience in a similar role
• Sound level of IT literacy
• Confident communication skills
