Contracts Manager, Belfast base
Our client provides specialist services across construction, energy and engineering and is seeking a Contracts Manager to join its Belfast team.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead contract delivery, installation and service teams, including:
- Managing projects from planning to completion
- Preparing job packs, RAMS and safety documentation
- Co-ordinating drawings, schedules, site visits and quality checks
- Managing client communication, queries and service standards
- Overseeing stock, equipment, records, PQQs and accreditations
- Resolving site issues, quoting variations and keeping works on track
- Leading contracts teams and safety technicians
What we are looking for…
- Construction contracts/project management experience, ideally in building envelope or a related sector
- Confident managing multiple teams and site activity
- Strong H&S knowledge and practical IT skills
- Positive leadership and people management style
- Full driving license
