Contracts Manager
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our award-winning Building Department. Based from our offices in Tyrone, you will lead the successful delivery of residential and commercial construction projects while supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage housing and commercial construction projects from start to completion.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Oversee project programmes, budgets, resources, and performance.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client relationships.
- Administer contracts, manage change control, and support dispute resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain IMS requirements.
About You
- Degree in Construction Engineering or a related discipline, or significant industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of JCT, NEC, PWC contracts, and project delivery.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project (or similar), and AutoCAD.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Full driving licence.
