Construction / Senior Construction Project Manager, Belfast
We are partnering with a leading Belfast construction consultancy to appoint a Senior Construction Project Manager and a Construction Project Manager.

You will deliver national and international projects across commercial, healthcare, education, residential, infrastructure, public sector and regeneration schemes. Duties include:
" Lead projects from feasibility to completion
" Act as the main client contact and coordinate project teams
" Manage programmes, procurement, risk, change control and reporting
" Monitor delivery against scope, quality, budget and timelines
" Support contract administration, mentoring and business development
What we are looking for…
" Degree in a related discipline, ideally working towards chartership
" Proven construction project delivery experience across all project stages, with strong project management knowledge
