Belfast 

C£35,000 + bonus, hybrid, pension, training and development opportunities plus more 

We are working with a locally owned and operated construction and civil engineering contractor who are seeking to appoint their new Business Development / Bid Coordinator to join them in Belfast.

Working closely with the Business Development & Pre-Construction teams you will be working across bid & tender coordination, this will include;

  • Tracking tender portals and new opportunities (PQQs, RFQs, ITTs)
  • Coordinating and formatting compliant tender submissions
  • Maintaining CRM systems, bid libraries and submission tracker
  • Supporting internal coordination between estimating, SHEQ and commercial teams
  • Assisting with framework submissions and supplier onboarding
  • Preparing capability documents, presentations and marketing collateral including social posts & website content
  • Supporting marketing activities including creating content for brochures & social posts

What we are looking for… 

  • Experience gained within bid administration, tender coordination or construction administration
  • Confident communication skills
  • Strong IT skills ideally to include experience of share point or similar
  • Familiarity with tender portals is desirable as would be knowledge of CRM / SharePoint experience
