Business Development (Bid & Tender) Coordinator

We are working with a locally owned and operated construction and civil engineering contractor who are seeking to appoint their new Business Development / Bid Coordinator to join them in Belfast.

Working closely with the Business Development & Pre-Construction teams you will be working across bid & tender coordination, this will include;
- Tracking tender portals and new opportunities (PQQs, RFQs, ITTs)
- Coordinating and formatting compliant tender submissions
- Maintaining CRM systems, bid libraries and submission tracker
- Supporting internal coordination between estimating, SHEQ and commercial teams
- Assisting with framework submissions and supplier onboarding
- Preparing capability documents, presentations and marketing collateral including social posts & website content
- Supporting marketing activities including creating content for brochures & social posts
What we are looking for…
- Experience gained within bid administration, tender coordination or construction administration
- Confident communication skills
- Strong IT skills ideally to include experience of share point or similar
- Familiarity with tender portals is desirable as would be knowledge of CRM / SharePoint experience
