Got a talent for turning complex information into compelling submissions? A leading construction and civil engineering employer is seeking an experienced Bid Writer to create standout PQQs, tenders and proposals that win work.

What you’ll do

• Own bids from kick-off to final submission.
• Write sharp, persuasive, client-focused responses.
• Bring together input from teams, consultants and project sites.
• Build strong evidence, case studies and presentation content.

What you’ll bring

• Five years’ bid-writing experience in construction or civil engineering.
• A track record of delivering complex submissions to tight deadlines.
• Excellent writing, editing, organisation and communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and a sharp eye for detail.
