About the Role
BlackFox Solutions are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join their growing finance team.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts
- Assisting with month-end and year-end financial procedures
- Managing expenses and preparing payment runs
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Supporting the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Experience in a fast-paced or commercial environment
