We are working with a leading construction business to appoint their new Accounts Assistant, this role is interviewing ASAP and offering an excellent package.
Working as part of the dedicated accounts team you will be;
- Support daily finance and accounting operations
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile supplier, customer, and bank accounts
- Assist with month-end, payroll, VAT, and cash management tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support financial reporting, process improvements, and general finance administration
What we are looking for…
- Experience gained in an accounts, bookkeeping, finance role, ideally within a construction / engineering / similar environment
- Strong, confident IT skills across MS Office, experience of Xero desirable
- Confident communication skills
- Accounts qualification is desirable
