Working on behalf of a well-established company, I am actively seeking a Service Coordinator to join their team in Armagh.

The Role:

  • Create and schedule work orders
  • Dispatch engineers for any emergency calls
  • Obtain quotes for parts and procure required parts for scheduled and emergency repairs
  • Prepare timesheets for hours worked by engineers each week
  • Any other duties required to fill the role

The Person:

  • At least 18 months experience in an Office Administration role
  • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Previous experience in a supplier facing role
  • Computer literate across Microsoft Suite
