An exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Building Services Engineer who has gained at least 3 years’ experience working in the building services industry to take up a key role with a leading consultancy.  

Working alongside a highly motivated and growing team, you will be responsible for –

• M&E drafting on AutoCAD
• Lighting and electrical installations layout design
• Completing M&E surveys and snag-lists
• Designing ventilation, heating, cold water, and waste systems for new buildings.
• Converting hand-drawn design schematics into AutoCAD drawings.

About you…

• HNC / HND or BEng in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering beneficial
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience with AutoCAD
• Building Services / HVAC Design background
