This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer / Commercial Administrator to join a specialist manufacturer in Lisburn and to play a key role in managing customers orders.

In this busy role you will be responsible for first point of contact to commercial customers across NI where you will;

  • Advise and quote on products queries
  • Creating and issuing sales orders
  • Order processing
  • Liaising with internal colleagued and sales team
  • Administration of orders and schedules
  • Continued liaison and customer support

I am seeking a Customer focused Administrator from within an Engineering / Manufacturing or Technical environment who possess;

  • Technical / mechanical understanding
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Sound level of IT literacy
  • Attention to detail
