Locally owned award manufacturing company recruiting for a Customer Advisor/ Sales administrator to join their team in Greater Belfast.

The role:

  • Sales order processing
  • Handling customer questions and enquiries
  • Managing customer concerns or issues
  • Responding efficiently to inbound enquiries

Experience required:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a B2B Customer Support/ Sales administration role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT proficiency
