Sales Administrator needed for expanding supplier in Lisburn. Salary on offer is up to £20,000 with career progression.

I am looking for an individual with strong sales administration and customer service experience to join my client, a supplier to the construction industry based in Lisburn.

Duties include;

  • Be first point of contact for new/existing customers
  • Provide product knowledge to customers
  • Update CRM with all vital info on customer orders/queries
  • Manage customer complaints professionally
  • Inform customers of new products and up-sell

You will have;

  • 1-2 years’ experience in similar role
  • Construction/Technical background
  • Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills
  • Courteous and professional manner
  • MS Office/Excel/CRM experience
