Working on behalf of a leading accountancy practice, I am actively seeking a Receptionist with an immediate start.
- First point of contact on telephone
- Handle all customer queries and complaints
- Maintenance of databases
- Diary management
- Any other duties required to fill the role
- At least 2 years’ experience in an Administration role.
- Computer literate across Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in accounts/finance (preferred)
- Experience using Sage 50 or Iris accounts (preferred)
- Good communication skills
