I am currently on the look-out for experienced Purchasing Administrators to join my clients’ expanding team in County Armagh!
Your day to day:
- Support the buyer by providing efficient procurement administration
- Manage and maintain the purchasing database
- Issuing purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers and customers
- Providing appropriate query resolutions
- Doing the weekly and monthly reconciliations
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- IT proficiency in Ms Office and Outlook
- Knowledge of Sage 50
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn
