I am currently on the look-out for experienced Purchasing Administrators to join my clients’ expanding team in County Armagh!

Your day to day:

  • Support the buyer by providing efficient procurement administration
  • Manage and maintain the purchasing database
  • Issuing purchase orders
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers
  • Providing appropriate query resolutions
  • Doing the weekly and monthly reconciliations

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • IT proficiency in Ms Office and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Sage 50
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
