About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile projects across a broad range of sectors, including marine, luxury hotels, prime residential, and commercial spaces.
This position is ideal for a professional looking to step away from extensive weekly travel while still delivering prestigious and exciting projects. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the successful delivery of interior fit-out projects.

Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environment, and quality standards.

Develop project plans and budgets, monitoring progress to ensure key deliverables are met.

Effectively manage project resources, including staff, labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ensure adherence to contractual conditions and safeguard the contractual position.

Identify and implement value engineering solutions to maximise project efficiency.
Essential:
-
Minimum 5+ years of experience leading project delivery within the interior fit-out industry.

A third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline.

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of contracts and commercial aspects of project management.

Experience delivering marine fit-out projects.
