Due to ongoing expansion, a leading FMCG business in Armagh are recruiting for an Office Administrator on a permanent basis.

Duties:

  • Process delivery notes and sales invoices
  • Produce ad-hoc reports for management
  • Reception duties
  • Accurately maintain filing systems for invoices and statements
  • Assist in the payroll process

Criteria:

  • Experience in Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll
  • 1 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
