Our client, a locally owned business and one of Ireland’s leading distributors are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their modern Dungannon site.
Reporting to the financial controller, your duties include;
- First point of contact; calls and visitors
- Liaising with customers; order processing to post-sales support
- Ordering equipment from suppliers, locally & nationally
- Raising and processing invoices
- Maintain and update all shipping-related paperwork
- General administrative duties
We are looking someone who can demonstrate;
- Two years in a similar environment
- Experience in an accounting-related system
- Competent communication skills
- The ability to work to strict deadlines
- Experience in dealing with customers directly
